About this event

SATSANG & MEDITATION IN GOTHENBURG

"In the silence that needs no words, and in the space that has no boundaries."

We warmly invite you to a weekend of Satsang, meditation, and gentle yoga with Nitya.

📍 Gothenburg, Sweden
🗓 September 5–6, 2026
________________________________________
NITYA

Nitya Patrycja Pruchnik is a meditation teacher and author who has been sharing the message of non-duality for over a decade. Her meetings are an invitation to recognize what is unchanging within us—beyond our personal story, emotions, and the sense of being a separate "me."
This meeting is not about gaining something new, but about recognizing what has always been here.
________________________________________
NON-DUALITY
Non-duality points to the space of presence that exists before thinking and interpretation. In this recognition, a natural sense of peace, simplicity, and ease can arise.
In everyday life, we often believe that our thoughts, emotions, and life circumstances define who we are. Non-duality invites us to look deeply and discover whether this belief is truly who we are.
It is not a philosophy or a belief system. It is a direct recognition of the unchanging awareness in which all experiences appear.
________________________________________
WHAT CAN YOU EXPERIENCE?
• a pause and rest from the rush of everyday life
• a release of tension and inner pressure
• greater distance from the stream of thoughts and emotions
• genuine contact with yourself, without the need to pretend anything
• stillness in a beautiful place close to nature and the sea
• returning to everyday life with more ease, clarity, and presence

It is a weekend of deepening into presence through Satsang, meditation, and gentle yoga.
In meditation, we direct our attention to the place where nothing needs to be achieved. It is not about silencing the mind or reaching a special state. It is about recognizing what is already peaceful, present, and available beneath the surface of thoughts.

During Satsang, there is space for questions and for sharing your experience. You are welcome to ask about whatever truly moves you—your doubts, fears, tensions, or everyday situations. Together, we look beyond stories and interpretations toward what is true.

Yoga is a gentle form of movement suitable for everyone, whether or not you have practiced before. It offers a soft beginning to the day and an invitation to reconnect with the body.
________________________________________
WHO IS THIS MEETING FOR?
This meeting is for you if:
• you feel the need to slow down
• you are tired of constant rushing and inner tension
• you want to rest from the constant stream of thoughts
• you long for a space where you do not need to prove anything
• you are interested in meditation but do not want another technique to master
• you long for a deeper connection with yourself
• you would like to meet people who feel something similar

This meeting is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience.
All that is needed is a willingness to pause for a moment and discover what remains when you stop following the mind.
________________________________________
SCHEDULE

Saturday, September 5

09:30 – Doors open
10:00 – Meditation & yoga / conscious movement
12:00 – Lunch break (lunch on your own)
13:30 – Introduction to Non-Duality
14:30 – Break
15:00 – Satsang
16:30 – Closing

Sunday, September 6

09:30 – Doors open
10:00 – Meditation & yoga / conscious movement
12:00 – Lunch break (lunch on your own)
13:30 – Satsang
15:00 – Closing
________________________________________
PLACE
We will meet in a beautiful and peaceful house near the sea in Gothenburg—a space that naturally supports stillness, presence, and a return to the simplicity of being.
________________________________________
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Please note that parking is not available directly outside the house, so we kindly ask you to take this into account when planning your arrival.

Public transport
Bus 82 towards Brottkärr
Nearest stop: Högen
________________________________________
JOIN US
If you would like to join us, please register by emailing:

[email protected]

Participation fee: 2,065 SEK

Your place will be confirmed upon registration.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
