Let's take one day in nature with meditation, breathwork, yoga & friendship.
Deepening the connection with awareness & kindness in the field of togetherness & the open space of nature - We Are Nature.
Every practice is carefully guided, creating a safe and supportive space for both depth and ease.
Throughout the day, we move between silence and connection, stillness and movement, individual reflection and shared experience.
Bring your own picnic lunch and join us for a conscious gathering where friendship, presence, and the wisdom of nature become part of the practice.
