About Justas
Justas is a dancer, choreographer, yoga teacher, and movement researcher with extensive experience in the performing arts. Alongside his movement practice, he is a doctoral student in philosophy and a professional facilitator of group learning processes. His work draws on contemporary movement practices and learning from leading practitioners in the field.
About the course
A dynamic theoretical and practical course exploring how movement can expand human capacity, creativity, communication, and embodied presence. Through “complete movement practice,” participants will explore physicality beyond specialized disciplines—developing awareness of the body, self-regulation, and ways of relating to others.
The course combines movement exploration, embodied communication, “0 forms,” Social Presencing Theater, and moments of reflection and collective harvesting. Together, we will investigate how becoming more aware of how we move can open new possibilities for how we think, connect, create, and engage with complexity.
