Ashtanga Yoga foundation course level 2

The course is suitable for those who have already taken a beginner's foundation course in Ashtanga yoga with us or at another yoga school, and who wish to continue within a guided class format instead of, or in parallel with, Mysore classes. The course is also recommended to people who have previously practiced Ashtanga but have taken a break and need to refresh their memory.

At each session, you are guided through all or part of the standing sequence of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series. Then you get a chance to continue the practice at your own pace, so-called mysore style. The purpose of the course is for the participants to learn the proper breath and movementt, remember the sequence and become more independent in their yoga practice.

The course runs on Wednesdays at 17:30-19:00, starting 16/9/2026 (10 sessions, pause during the autumn holidays)
