About this event
Face Care Together Workshop đ§Ą
Unique Face Care Evening for You
Welcome to a warm and inspiring evening dedicated to the face, skin, and well-being â in the beautiful setting of Highersense in Lund.
The evening is led by me, Monica, an organic skincare therapist and Face Yoga instructor with a background as a physiotherapist.
The space will be thoughtfully prepared with tables and chairs, inviting you to settle into a calm and luxurious moment as we explore the face, skin, and the bodyâs natural flow together.
Over 2.5 hours, Iâll guide you through my own Face Care Ritual using pure, natural products. Together, weâll work with the face through massage and Face Yoga to release tension, stimulate natural flow, and awaken a natural glow.
No previous experience is needed â Iâll guide you step by step.
During the evening, youâll enjoy:
âą A Face Care Ritual for yourself â using pure, natural skincare products
âą A guided Face Yoga Ritual â including massage, lymphatic activation, tapping, acupressure, breathing, and mindful presence
âą A moment simply to be â to settle in, let go of everyday life, and give yourself your full attention
âą Smoothies & natural snacks
Bring someone you love, or simply come as you are.
A beautiful evening for anyone who wants to give their face â and themselves â a little extra care.
