I started working as a lifeguard and swim instructor when I was 16 years old. I offered classes for parents and babies, toddlers, children, adults, seniors, and those with special needs, both in groups and one-on-one. Over the years, I successfully built a consistent aquagym clientele. I continued teaching when I moved to Stockholm, until I began exploring yoga.

I have a long experience in the teaching world, with a highly-developed pedagogy and communication skills. I have taught most ages, from toddlers to adults.

My name is Arianna Montanari and I share Yoga Synergy, a form of yoga that really changed how I live my life and how I live my body. When you learn to allow in kindness and compassion towards yourself, many things change. Yoga Synergy is Hatha based, created by Simon Borg-Olivier, an Australian movement-based physiotherapist.
I am also a beekeeper and I create my own natural body products.

This class will make you warm but without the heart racing, making it a moment of pleasure with yourself. 

Perfect for those with injuries, those who feel that yoga is usually inaccessible.

Synergy Fluid Flow

Welcome to a yoga class where you and your movements are in focus! 
Imagine a class with no sun salutations, but fluid movements inspired by Qi Gong and martial arts, that feel like a massage from the inside, almost like a dance. 

This class will make you warm but without the heart racing, making it a moment of pleasure with yourself. 

Perfect for those with injuries, those who feel that yoga is usually inaccessible.

This 75 minutes class is slightly more intense than Synergy Fluid Flow.

We work with known asanas applying the Synergy principles such as moving actively from the core, stretching less, tensing less, feeling more.

The result is that entering, staying in and exiting asanas will become effortless, minimising the risk for injuries, maximising your enjoyment.

This class is open to all the mothers and fathers who are looking for a cosy yoga class to do with baby/toddler. 

The class is open to all levels. I will guide you through a flow of movements that will make you warm and massage your body and nourish your soul, while connecting with your baby. 

We also incorporate voice and sound at the end of the class.

Take with you a few towels or blankets to have with you during the class. 

Your baby bag can be in the room in case you need to change a diaper during the class.

The space is limited, so if you can leave the stroller at home it is appreciated. If you come with it, I will help you to carry it down the stairs.

Mamma-Baby Synergy

Welcome to a 60-minute movement experience where your body leads and the practice follows.

In this class, movement unfolds like a continuous conversation between joints, breath, and attention. Inspired by Qi Gong, martial arts, and somatic movement, the class is designed as an always evolving flow rather than separate postures.

Expect circular movements, soft spirals, and asanas that create an internal massage-like effect. The kind of warmth that builds gradually without pushing the cardiovascular system into too much intensity.

This practice is especially supportive for bodies navigating injury, fatigue, or those who often find traditional yoga formats too rigid or externally demanding. There is no performance layer here, only presence, pacing yourself, and freedom to move in a way that feels coherent for your needs today.

You might experience it as a graceful dance with gravity, where fluidity and stillness meet and the nervous system gets to soften.
