In an inclusive framework and with a focus on sustainability, Maria Sahlberg brings in an inspiring and varied array of instructors who share methods that connect to the theme of health in different ways. As a participant, I immediately feel like part of a safe and loving community where helpful methods are offered at a low cost. Maria is also always open to listening and valuing her fellow human beings' competencies. Perhaps you'll be the one leading the next workshop?
I love Breathwork with Jessica. It's so good and rewarding. I enjoy that there are so many exciting things to choose from and try. Highly recommended!
Maria at @fusion_by_M creates such wonderful workshops. With interesting, enriching, and engaging content, I can truly recommend participating in workshops from @Fusion_by_M.
