About
I am passionate about helping people create strong, healthy bonds between body, soul, and mind. To truly feel at home and find security within. Sometimes we need someone to hold the space for us to listen, feel, and heal. That's where I come in.
As a certified medium and healer, I offer spiritual guidance, healing, seances, and space clearing—either in person in Stockholm or digitally via Zoom. No matter where you are, I am here to help you find clarity, balance, and strength. Would you like to create a deeper experience together with others? I am happy to accept bookings for group activities such as bachelorette parties, corporate events, or other occasions where soul and heart can meet.
I am also an authorized dance and movement therapist (DMT) and offer both individual sessions and group activities. Through dance and movement, the body finds a language, and sometimes the movements we didn't know our body needed to make can open doors to healing and insight. I hold lectures, workshops, and courses on dance and movement therapy and body communication—always with a holistic perspective where body, soul, mind, and emotions are deeply intertwined.
My journey began early. At the age of 8, I shut off my sight when I realized that my friends could not see the old man with a briefcase standing in the middle of the schoolyard. What remained were feelings, hearing, and smell—a reality that became difficult to understand and sometimes frightening. It took many years for me to find my way back home to myself, to heal and embrace my abilities.
Today, I use my experiences to help others listen to their own stories. For I believe that every body & every soul has a story to tell. Your body, your soul carries wisdom, longing, and sometimes wounds waiting to be seen and healed so you can move forward.
