About
Kajsa is a multifaceted channel, intuitive mentor, writer and filmmaker originally from Stockholm. Through years of deep self discovery and soul searching she has found and developed tools for deep physical and spiritual healing, as well as practices including movement therapy and mentorships.
Kajsa has a background in competitive figure skating, gymnastics and dancing, and has through her close relationship to movement and the physical body become highly attuned to its signals and messages. From 2020-2023 Kajsa worked as a writer and editor for Sweden’s number 1 spiritual podcast “Holy Crap”, where she wrote astrological insights as well as channeled energy updates. She also wrote and co-designed Holy Crap’s first oracle card deck, featuring 44 cards with deep messages and meanings. After traveling to keep exploring and understanding the world, she is now finalizing her second poetry book and working towards making heartfelt and conscious films.
