I was born in 1972 in Brest, France, and now live in Stockholm, Sweden, where I’m a proud father of two children born in the 2000s. Watching them grow has been one of life’s greatest joys. The recent loss of my father in 2023 and my mother in 2025 deeply transformed me—opening my eyes to the profound meaning of presence, connection, and the fleeting beauty of life.
Personal and professional development has become a daily practice—both for my own growth and as a way to contribute to a better world. In 2018, I discovered Zen Coaching, a heart-centered approach that immediately resonated with me. It marked the beginning of what I call the “Adventure of Now,” a journey that continues to deepen my understanding of life, presence, and human potential.
