About
In the heart of Småland, Värnamo, you will find me and my services ✨ I am a spiritual soul who enjoys meditating, laughing at life's absurdities, and seeing the beauty in the little things. I love personal development and everything related to body/mind. I work as a life coach, intuitive guide, and now also as a Breathwork facilitator.
My concept is to always coach body, mind, spirit, and when I work with both activating elements in my coaching as well as in Breathwork, it is clear that I am actually activating people's life energy. With breathwork, they can come closer to their truth and in this way reclaim their life energy and reach their goals.
From disconnected → alive.
From stuck → in motion.
From thought → body → direction → action.
My why is - I would rather call it my calling - to awaken the spark and power in others. That power and fire that has always been there.
I myself am incredibly transformative and have been through a lot in my own life that I can utilize as lessons in my coaching for others.
If you are curious about how you could work with me - reach out and we will have a brief consultation, completely free of charge.
Love, Bella 🧡
