Welcome to an inspiring workshop in Breathwork and Meditation, led by Christina Nordstjärna together with assistant teachers from previous breathwork trainings.
Breathwork is a transformative journey into your heart. Through conscious breathing and gentle guidance from the team, you will have the opportunity to release stuck patterns, access deeper awareness, and reconnect with your inner vitality.
This workshop offers a calm and supportive space where intention and reflection can deepen your inner journey. Afterwards, many participants experience deep relaxation, inner joy, and renewed energy.
Step through the doorway of breath – and become the captain of your own life, steady in the storm and fully alive in the calm.
This workshop is also an inspiring introduction to the upcoming Breathwork Training at Yoga Kendra.

Christina has guided breathwork groups in Sweden and internationally since 2012. She is devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner strength, balance, and vitality through breath and presence.
