Neither is it a synchronized group catharsis, or a forced manipulation of your nervous system and meridians / naadis by the facilitator waving and pushing their hands all over you.

* Second Shaktipat Transmission Session (Deepening & Moving through energetic blocks).
* Somatic integration practices to assimilate intense energetic expansion.

* Day 3: Stabilization, Stillness & Embodied Presence
* Third Shaktipat Transmission Session (Stabilizing the transmission in the system).
* Non-dual Self-Inquiry and the path of effortless resting.
* Final integration circle: Translating subtle energy states into everyday relational life, Sexuality and intimacy, grounding the nervous system for the return home.

Friday 1800- 2100 (3 hours)
Saturday 1400-1700 (3 Hours)
Sunday 1400-1700 (3 Hours)

Drop In anyday if you want as the darshan and transmissions will be given each day. (Although it is suggested to receive the full arc of the immersion for clarity into all aspects of the process)

Exchange:
2250 sek for the Full weekend (9 Hours)
750 sek per day for drop ins (3 Hours)
Although the pricing is less thatn what you would pay for a basic Yoga class, we do offer scholarship to those who are in the deep debilitating end of this process and finanacially unstable. Please reach out to us for reduced pricing, money should never be an issue to receive this grace.

Prerequisites:
An open system, a willingness to surrender to absolute truth, and a maturity to look past external spiritual phenomena toward lasting inner realization. No prior experience with energy work is required, but a foundational practice in meditation, yoga, or somatic inquiry is highly recommended.
