Join us for an intimate healing space of cacao, sound healing, intuitive guidance, honest sharing, and heart-centered presence.

This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, soften, and uncover something hidden within yourself — a feeling, truth, desire, grief, gift, or inner knowing that may be waiting for space to emerge.

Through cacao, meditation, voice, sound healing, intuitive guidance, and shared reflection, we will explore practices for finding inner balance, reconnecting with intuition, opening authentic self-expression, and strengthening self-trust.

In the pace and pressure of modern life, many of us learn to move quickly, hold ourselves together, and keep the deeper layers of our experience hidden. This gathering offers a gentle but powerful space to breathe, feel, be witnessed, and return to the wisdom already alive within you.

Cacao will be shared as a heart-opening plant ally — not as the center of the ceremony, but as one supportive tool among many. Traditionally honored in Mesoamerican cultures as a sacred plant connected with love, nourishment, and relationship, cacao can support emotional openness, presence, warmth, and connection with ourselves and others.

We will begin by arriving together, setting intentions, blessing the cacao, and opening a space for heart sharing. There is no pressure to share. Simply being present, listening, and allowing yourself to be witnessed can become part of the healing field.

From there, we will move into voice and sound practices, including gentle chakra toning. This practice uses the voice as a simple instrument for clearing, grounding, and reconnecting with the body. You do not need to be a singer or have any previous experience. The intention is not performance, but presence. Through sound, breath, and somatic awareness, the nervous system can begin to unwind, creating more space to hear your own deeper inner truth.

There will also be space for channeled and intuitive guidance. My approach to channeling has evolved over many years, and I hold it as a symbolic, reflective, and energetic practice rather than a demand for belief. The guidance offered is intended to support clarity, self-trust, emotional integration, and deeper contact with your own inner knowing. Questions may be personal, spiritual, practical, or connected to broader themes of healing and transformation.

The ceremony will include a guided meditation and sound healing journey with gong, singing bowls, tuning forks, voice, and subtle energy work. Johanna will play the gong, taking us deep into a meditative state. These sounds create a gentle field for rest, release, and integration.

We will close with time for reflection and sharing, allowing the medicine of the ceremony to settle into the body and heart.

My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected, and more at home within yourself.

It's been lovely to host two beautiful groups during my time in Sweden. This will be the final event before I head onward. Looking forward to share this special space once more :)
