Sound bath and deep relaxation

This sound journey is a gentle and meditative experience that invites deep relaxation for both body and mind. Through the calming vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you are immersed in a harmonious sound bath that brings stillness and inner balance.
During the session, there is nothing to do and nowhere to be. You simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the sounds and vibrations to guide you into a state of rest and presence.

The experience is unique, offering space to reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.

My name is Una, I come from France and I've been training and practicing in India and Nepal. My work is rooted in presence, love, and deep listening. I want now to spread the magic in Europe!
