Being human is both incredibly simple and wonderfully complex. We feel, think, change, struggle, laugh, connect, create, rest, lose our way and find it again.

And sometimes, we simply need to pause.

As autumn picks up pace, The Pause is an invitation to slow down, step out of doing for a while and give your body and mind space to rest, breathe and land.

We’ll move through three practices:

Sensing Yoga — slow, intuitive movement that brings you into closer contact with your body. We’ll explore natural, grounding movements such as rocking, shaking, yawning and fascia work.

Breathwork — conscious breathing to release tension, settle the nervous system and create more space.

Yoga Nidra — a guided practice of deep rest, allowing the body and mind to let go and recover.

No experience or performance required. Just come as you are.

The Pause is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body and land back home, right in the middle of a season that asks us to keep moving.
