HIBERNATION - Dance Deeply Rest Deeply

HIBERNATION
Dance Deeply. Rest Deeply.

We begin with a opening ceremony —
sound, voice, meditation and intention.
A space to arrive, open and connect.

Then we let the body take over.
Deep beats. Free movement. Conscious clubbing.
A space to dance, express, connect and let go.

And as the energy softens,
we surrender into a deep sound journey.
resting, receiving, integrating.

Open. Move. Release. Rest.
Come curious. Go deeper.
