Joyful Mondays is a free, open community gathering where you can meet like-minded people, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and take part in meaningful conversations. Whether you’re new to the center, curious about meditation, or simply looking to connect with others, you’re warmly welcome.
We’ll provide conversation starters to help get things flowing, spark new ideas and make it easier to connect with people you may not have met before. No need to prepare anything or know anyone in advance — just come as you are!
You can also join our free guided meditation for an opportunity to slow down, settle your mind and recharge for the week ahead.
