Join us for an Ecstatic Dance with DJ AbunDance (Helena Edrén), where you'll be invited to move freely, express yourself authentically, and explore the full spectrum of your inner landscape.
Through a beauifully curated music journey, we'll move through both dark and light, introspective and expansive, creating space for both emotional release and celebration.
This is your permission slip to be less adult for a few hours, to explore, express, and move in ways that feel liberating, authentic, and alive.
Let your inner child come out to play. Spin, shake, crawl, roll, stomp, roar, laugh, sway. There is no choreography, no judgment, and no way to do it wrong!
No dance experience needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothes (preferably layers), and an open mind and heart.
