25-HOUR YOGA SANGRAHA & PRANAYAMA TRAINING

A FOUR-DAY IMMERSION IN PRACTICE, KNOWLEDGE AND TRADITION

This training is for practitioners and teachers who want to go deeper not only into what we practise, but into why we practise, how the practices work and where they come from.

This is much more than a workshop. It is a 25-hour, four-day immersive training offering a rare opportunity to study and practice closely with Eddie Stern and to explore yoga through practice, philosophy, science and tradition. With a maximum of 30 participants, the training is intentionally kept small, which gives a great opportunity to spend time learning directly from one of the most experienced and knowledgeable yoga teachers of our time.

Over the four days, we will move between asana, pranayama, kriyas, bandhas, chanting and lectures, allowing time not only to learn the practices, but to experience them, understand their context and explore how they can be integrated into both personal practice and teaching.

The training focuses on the different Yoga Sangraha asana sequences and pranayama practices, bringing together traditional yogic knowledge and modern scientific understanding. We will explore the direct effects of yoga on the body, mind and nervous system, as well as the historical and philosophical foundations of the practices.

With his almost 40 years of experience in yoga, Eddie brings a depth of knowledge that bridges ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding in a way that is both practical and accessible.
