We are so happy to again, for the 5th time, invite you for some delicious vocal sound healing summer days together with us at the very unique gem of a retreat center Solhälla, situated by the Swedish west coast. Here we will be surrounded by forest and lake, and as a bonus to support our vocal sound healing journey, Solhälla offers sauna, swimming in the lake, wonderful vegetarian ecological food and evening gatherings around the fire. We will also sing lots of heart opening songs together. Moreover, the brand new Solhälla temple(built in 2021), where we will do our workshop, has a beautiful and balanced acoustic that could not be more fitting for singing and voice work.

As its name suggests, VOICEANIC is an invitation to melt into oneness in the ocean of vocal sound, immersing yourself in both your own and the voices of others. Through simple breathing and body exercises, you’ll be gently and playfully guided into opening your natural voice as a tool for healing, for yourself and others. Meeting in resonance with other voices is deeply enjoyable, vitalizing, and unifying for body, mind and soul.

Getting in touch with our natural voice is enormously enjoyable, and at the same time very vitalizing and regenerating for our body, mind and soul. Moreover, meeting in resonance with other people's natural voices is enormously unifying.

With the right intention, the voice becomes a bridge for healing energy — many describe feeling showered in light as they sing. We work with a simple formula: intention + voice = healing.

This workshop welcomes ALL voices, trained or not. It’s not about singing “perfectly,” but about the willingness to open to your true, natural voice -a voice that is entirely your own, with a quality no one else has. We work both individually and as a group, always at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for everyone.

Annette Odimer (Norway/Denmark) and Veronika Stalder (Switzerland) are vocal sound healers and dedicated facilitators of voice workshops and singing circles, they have many years of experience composing ceremonial music for healing and rituals.

They met in Spain during an international training programme in Vocal Sound Therapy with Githa Ben David. They immediately recognised a deep soul connection in one another – two artists committed to the same path of healing and harmonisation through the human voice. From this encounter, the duo MAMAS OF PEARL was born.

Their symbol is mother-of-pearl: the inner layer of the shell that transforms an irritating grain of sand into a pearl. Just like the shell, we transform pain into beauty through our voices – and we see exactly this in our participants: precious pearls, grown from their own stories.

What unites these two musicians is a deep passion for creating spaces of trust where people can come together and sing – reconnecting with their truth and with a sense of oneness.
