Om detta evenemang
Weâre looking forward to spending Halloween together with you at Yoga Kendra on 31 October.
Weâll begin the evening with an energising Vinyasa Flow with Victoria Larsson, followed by a cosy Halloween potluck dinner.
Dharma Tea House will attend during dinner, serving a curated selection of fine teas from Japan, China and Taiwan, alongside refreshing kombucha â a little taste of what to expect at their pop-up event at Yoga Kendra on February 27.
After dinner, weâll slow things down and end the evening with Yin Yoga & Sound Healing with Johanna Godefroid, surrounded by lots of candlelight. đŻïž
For the potluck, please bring something small to eat and share that everyone can enjoy.
Bring comfortable clothes, an open mind, and get ready for a special evening of movement, community, stillness and sound.
17:00â18:00 â Vinyasa Flow with Victoria Larsson
18:00 â Halloween Potluck Dinner, Tea and Kombucha tasting
19:00 â20:00 â Yin Yoga & Sound Healing with Johanna Godefroid
Weâll begin with an hour of energising Vinyasa Flow before gathering around the table for our Halloween potluck. Afterwards, Johanna will guide us into a calming Yin Yoga & Sound Healing practice.
During the Yin practice, weâll also create a quiet moment to remember and dedicate a thought to someone we love who is no longer with us. đ€
