This course is more than just a yogaclass. It's a space for connection to yourself, to others that set you up for a loving week.
Magical Mondays is for people who have been curious about yoga and wanting to explore it's benefits for you in your daily life as well for the more seasoned yoga practitioner who is looking for something simple and grounding, but maybe a bit out of the box from the regular yoga classes.
The evenings will consist of:
- Soothing Yinyoga
- Sharing & Connection exercises
- Grounding consensual touch; platonic touch in groups to ground the nervous system
These are the basic elements, but not any class will be exactly as the other, so come with an open mind!

Is this course for me?
This course is for you if you long for more compassion and connection in your life as well as for you who longs for a more recurring practice, that builds over time and supports you long term.
What does for queers and allies mean?
It means that the course is open for all, either if you have a strong connection to the word queer, or a medium connection, or a little curiosity about it. You are also very welcome as an ally - meaning that you support the queer community and have the wish to live freely in your own identity.
Do I need a yogamat?
No, everything you need is available at the spot
Do I need to have practiced before?
No, you are very welcome to this course as a beginner, if it is your first yogaclass ever - extra welcome!

Momo Mörk Shingai is a nonbinary, pansexual, queer yoga and mindfulness facilitator who cares about creating slow, connecting, loving spaces for you to connect deeply to your body and heart. They are passionate about living a vibrant, colorful life where you honor your own rhythm.
