Om detta evenemang
★ SUNDAY YOGA ★
The yoga classes at Smålands incorporate elements of Hatha yoga, including pranayama, meditation and asanas. The poses are held for a few breaths which gives you time to explore the posture, connect with your breath and develop awareness into your body.
The classes aim to bring balance, flexibility and strength, while cultivating greater awareness and calm!
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a practice, the classes are open to all levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a bottle of water, and wear clothes that let you move freely! We recommend avoiding a heavy meal right before class, so try to eat 1–2 hours beforehand.
Free for members! Non-members are welcome to join for 30 SEK.
Registration is obligatory, you can sign up here: https://yogaatsmalands.setmore.com/book
