Health, Stress, Breathwork & Brunch 🌿
I'm a doctor and researcher in the field of cancer and melatonin. Together with André, stress coach and breathwork guide, we’re hosting a morning workshop where we'll talk about how stress affects women’s hormones through every stage of life. From your menstrual cycle to perimenopause and menopause. Then we'll slow right down with a guided breathwork session, and finish with brunch together in central Stockholm 🥐☕
So many women carry stress without realising how closely it's tied to their health and well-being. We want to create a space where you can learn something about your body, try tools that actually help, and connect with other women along the way.

💡 A clearer understanding of how stress and hormones interact in your body
🧘♀️ Practical tools to calm your nervous system and find balance when life feels overwhelming
🤝 New connections with other lovely women
☕ An overview:
We'll start with coffee and a warm welcome, then dive into stress physiology and women's hormones, followed by some sharing in small groups. After that, you'll get comfy under a blanket for a full guided breathwork session. We'll close together before heading to brunch. No experience needed, just come as you are 💫

All women, of any age and background. Come on your own or bring a friend!
