A guided drum journey session for anyone ready to go beyond the noise — beyond thoughts, stories, and the surface of everyday life.
Each session has its own theme and intention, offering a focus for the experience.
This session's theme: Roles
An opportunity to explore the different roles we play in everyday life and how they shape our experiences.
Through the rhythm of the drum, you are invited to turn inward and meet
whatever arises. There is space for your body to settle, your mind to
wander, and whatever is within you to come forward — without needing to
control, analyse, or change it.
There’s nothing to perform here.
Nothing to figure out.
Just show up and meet what comes.
During the journey, you may find space to:
– Release tension and mental clutter
– Deepen your connection with your intuition
– Explore inner images, feelings, or insights
– Reconnect with your own inner strength and presence
No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided by the rhythm of the drum.
Allow yourself to trust what arises and follow your own inner guidance.
There’s no right or wrong way.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, recognise their own worth, and remember that they
matter. I believe that we already are whole, and that healing is not always about becoming something new, but about remembering who we truly are. Through connection and community, we can be reminded that we are not alone in what we experience, and that each of us has something
unique to bring.
My medicine is my drum and my voice. They are central to how I express myself and share my work. Through guided drum journeys, I invite people to explore their inner landscape, guided by the rhythm of the drum. Each gathering has its own theme, offering a focus for the journey and an
invitation to turn inward, listen, explore, and reconnect with what is already within.
