Chase your shadows, instead of them cornering you!
A space where we will with games, deep emotions, collective support and personal journeys, dive into the corners of our subconscious; what is it we reject, or deny?
What parts do we leave powerless?
If you were completely honest, would you act differently?
With playfulness, humor and grounded energy, Ronyah leads the group and you as an individual to realms of ignored shame, guilt, desire, unexpressed anger, untapped joy, and we’ll get to discover that even the ickiest parts of us want to be loved and cared for.
Darkness doesn’t have to be heavy, especially when we carry it together.
Look where you have resistance, then go there.
Practical Information:
DOORS CLOSE 18:30 SHARP.
Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early so you have a chance to land.

A few things to keep in mind when visiting Noden:
• Bring something sweet or salty to share during the break.
• Please arrive with a clear understanding of the concept of consent and a willingness to practice it throughout the evening.
Cancellation policy
Spots are in high demand, so please be considerate when booking.
If something comes up, cancel at least 24 hours before the event.
A late cancellation means you won’t be able to book the following event. A no-show without cancelling means a pause from the two upcoming workshops.
