Emeli Ericsson, grundare av A Conscious Space, är holistisk designer & coach, spirituell mentor och författare. Hon brinner för att inspirera oss till mer harmoni, hållbarhet och självkärlek.
Yoga och meditation har spelat en viktig roll i hennes liv i decennier. 2014-18 bodde hon i Berlin och gick igenom en personlig resa av självutveckling och spirituell transformation. Under dessa år såg hon fullt ut hur hennes inre välbefinnande påverkade inte bara hennes kropp, sinne och holistiska balans utan hela hennes liv - allt hänger samman.
Under de senaste tio åren har hon lagt till andlig vägledning, kristaller och reiki till sina expertområden - verktyg som har varit viktiga under hennes egen resa.
Idag väver Emeli samman sina erfarenheter från designvärlden och holistiskt välbefinnande till unika erbjudanden som hjälper dig på din resa mot ett mer balanserat, vackert och hållbart sätt att leva.

A Conscious Space Since 2018, I've guided thousands of individuals from across the globe to a deeper sense of wellbeing, relaxation and self connection through meditation. Apart from my recorded tracks, I host online meditation ceremonies at each full moon and new moon to empower, inspire, using yoga nidra, visualization and sound healing. Each session is held in a warm, safe and sacred space.

At Kristallrummet I connected with crystals and their healing properties on a deeper level, learning about hundreds of minerals and stones and deepening my energy work. Today I use crystals in my reiki sessions, elixirs and when creating healing spaces. During this time I also facilitated Women's Circles - well-loved, warm hearted gatherings that attracted women of different ages and backgrounds.
