This class is open to all the mothers and fathers who are looking for a cosy yoga class to do with baby/toddler.
The class is open to all levels. I will guide you through a flow of movements that will make you warm and massage your body and nourish your soul, while connecting with your baby.
We also incorporate voice and sound at the end of the class.
Take with you a few towels or blankets to have with you during the class.
Your baby bag can be in the room in case you need to change a diaper during the class.
The space is limited, so if you can leave the stroller at home it is appreciated. If you come with it, I will help you to carry it down the stairs.
