About
Hello, I am a certified conversation therapist and ICT therapist, running Soul in Mind. In my work, I am curious about what lies behind what we see on the surface – the patterns, defenses, and experiences that influence how we feel, function, and relate to others today.
I meet, among others, people who have lost themselves in toxic relationships and co-dependent patterns, but also adult adoptees and individuals struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, burnout, or questions regarding attachment and identity.
For me, therapy is not about a finished method or template. We are all different, and therefore I tailor the work to the person I meet. There is space for both the difficult and the painful – but also for warmth, humor, and a good deal of laughter.
