There is a place in the body that we rarely meet.

The belly, the Hara. A place where tension is held, where experiences are stored, where the body carries what has not yet been released.

In Alchemy of Vitality™, we return to this place.

THE FIELD
Alchemy of Vitality™ is a training and retreat in conscious touch, emerging from the Alchemy of Touch™ approach and weaving in Taoist belly work (Chi Nei Tsang). For over 16 years, this work has been shared internationally, meeting those arriving for personal embodiment and those deepening their professional practice, in a felt and embodied way.

Rooted in deep listening, the work weaves meditative awareness with the intelligence of the body and subtle energy. Over time, it becomes a return to vitality, sensitivity, and a more intimate relationship with the body.

THE HARA
At the centre of this practice is the hara, the deep abdomen, long recognised as a centre of life force, intuition, and grounding. It is also where the body holds early contractions, unfelt emotion, and the places where it has learned to protect.

Through slow and precise touch, the body is met with care and presence. As contact deepens, the tissues begin to soften, the fascia releases, and the nervous system begins to regulate. This work can be understood as a form of non-invasive de-armouring, allowing held patterns to unwind gently and in their own timing. What has been held can begin to unfold, and the system reorganises from within.

Vitality reveals itself as warmth and aliveness returning to the belly and moving through the body.

THE PRACTICE
This is both a training and a retreat. A space to give and receive, to explore touch as a practice, and to meet what is present through direct embodied experience.

The days are centred around guided sessions, hands-on practice, and space for rest and integration. The work unfolds gradually, allowing each person to move at their own pace and in their own timing.

Touch is introduced step by step, with precision and care. Nothing is pushed, and nothing is rushed.

WHO FEELS CALLED
You are welcome here whether you are new to this work, coming with a partner or a friend, or already walking a path in bodywork, healing, or embodied practice.

No previous experience is needed. What matters is a willingness to listen, to feel, and to stay with what is present.

HOLDING THE SPACE
Guided by Tapesh F. Paradiso and Anouk H. Devi, founders of Alchemy of Touch™, whose work is shaped through decades of meditation, conscious touch, and embodied awareness.

Their approach meets the body without force or effort, allowing the system to settle and reorganise in its own way.

THE LAND
We gather at Björnbacka, just south of Stockholm, a simple yet deeply beautiful place surrounded by forest and open land.
A place that can hold the depth of this work, where the body is given the time, attention, and support it needs.
