Easy Yoga for Beginners | 60min | with Jonathan

Class every Sunday at 7PM CEST
In person in Sjöhuset, Bromma
Online on YouTube @YogaWithJonathan

The program will evolve from week to week, based on the flexibility, mobility, balance and strength we will build together.

This 60-minute yoga class is designed for anyone who wants to begin their yoga journey in a safe, simple, and welcoming way. No experience is needed — in fact, if you’ve never done yoga before, this class is especially for you.

I will guide you step by step through easy, accessible movements and stretches that calm the mind, release tension, and help you feel more at home in your body. The focus is on gentleness, breathing, and simply being present — not on performance or flexibility.

Everyone is welcome. Come exactly as you are and discover how yoga can support you — whether you’re curious to try it for the first time, or just want a light and grounding practice you can always come back to.'

Join for real yoga, real breathwork, and real results.
