This 75 minutes class is slightly more intense than Synergy Fluid Flow. 

We work with known asanas applying the Synergy principles such as moving actively from the core, stretching less, tensing less, feeling more. 

The result is that entering, staying in and exiting asanas will become effortless, minimising the risk for injuries, maximising your enjoyment.
